The aim of this study was to compare, in a randomized prospective manner, five different techniques of PB in adults undergoing circumcision with regard to anaesthetic quality, complications and postoperative analgesia.

To study the anatomo-clinical aspects of circumcision complications in Louga regional hospital Senegal , and to evaluate the treatment outcome. This is a retrospective and descriptive study carried out in our institution from November to November It involved 29 patients with circumcision complications requiring surgical treatment but previously untreated.
The mean age was 7. All circumcisions were performed using the guillotine technique. Any death was observed in this study. The main circumcision complications encountered in our institution were infections, bleeding, urethrocutaneous fistula and amputations.
Their proper management led to good results; however the real challenge remains prevention through training to the practice of circumcision in the conditions of surgery. To assess the clinical features and describe treatment difficulties associated with glandular amputation during circumcision in our daily urological practice in Senegal and to warn about the risks of this procedure, which remain underestimated in this country. The authors report a retrospective series of 19 patients who suffered glandular amputation during circumcision and who were admitted to their urology unit. The medical charts of patients hospitalised during this period were studied. The mean age of these patients was 7.

The posthectomy represents the most frequent procedure in the world, although many procedures are not done surgically. It consists in the removal of the foreskin in the child or the adult in the event of phimosis inability or difficulty to retract or for reasons of personal or familial convenience. The purpose of this article is to describe the different surgical techniques, and see what are the possible complications. Description of the operative techniques by listing all practical aspects based on the author's personal experience and documented from the analysis of the literature and the history of this technique, as well as their potential complications.
